RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Absolute Apparel does not accept refunds of our products, other than in an instance of a defective item that cannot be replaced, or in the instance of a product selling out.  

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it. All original tags must be attached to the item, the exchange must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

Damaged goods that are not a result of manufacturer will not be eligible for exchange or return. EX: doesn't fit or makeup stains. 

Availability of your replacement shirt is not guaranteed, though, we will do EVERYTHING in our efforts to be sure you are satisfied with your alternative. 

To start a return or exchange we will need your name, order number, and email. Please email darby@absoluteapparelpnw.com for your reason for exchange and the item you would like to exchange it for. Once this email is received and approved, you will be notified by email to continue the process.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, &/or subscribe to our e-mail list. When placing an order or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, &/or credit card number.  You may, however, visit our site anonymously.  We love ya and DO NOT sell your information to third parties.
